Excellent Results in Leaving Cert 2010

C.B.S. Charleville reported excellent results in the 2010 Leaving Certificate examination with students achieving high grades in all subjects. The scenes of jubilation and excitement were evident from early on in morning the results were announced as the students assembled at the school to receive their results.
C.B.S. Principal, Mr. Pat Walsh expressed himself extremely happy withthe results and he said that students performed way beyond expectations with over 20% of students achieving over 500 points.
“These results are a tribute to the students and their parents and to theteaching staff who do an excellent jobin ensuring that the students perform to the best of their ability and they should be enormously proud of their great achievements. Most of the students will realise their first choice of college placement and will go on to fulfil their dream career,” he said.
Thus the Leaving Classof 2010 continued the ageold tradition of academicexcellence for which the Charleville Christian Brothers School has been famous for down throughthe years. The parents, the students the teaching staffand the school communityare to be congratulated on their splendid results in thisyear’s Leaving Certificate examination.
